Homesteading

This is our family homestead.  
Alongside our sheep we also raise cows and chickens for fresh healthy milk and eggs.  
We breed Standardbred - Dutch Harness Horse cross foals for use as driving horses and we provide a home for retired work horses.  
Our farm includes hayfields, pastures, woods, an orchard and natural spring water.

We practice regenerative farming, rotational grazing and no-till seed planting.  We are developing a riparian buffer along the creek.  We are learning new and traditional farming methods from our neighbors with the goal of a sustainable community and farm.
