Dairy Sheep

We raise Lacaune dairy sheep for their sweet rich milk with very high combined fat and protein content. Their milk is easily digested and we use it to make wonderful traditional cheeses and yogurt. We are raising and training gentle productive sheep that will be great milk producers for families, homesteaders, schools and farm cooperatives.
