Dairy Sheep

We raise improved Lacaune-East Friesian dairy sheep for their sweet rich milk with very high combined fat and protein content. Their milk is easily digested and we use it to make wonderful traditional cheeses and yogurt. We also raise and train gentle productive dual purpose dairy-wool sheep for families, homesteaders, schools and farm cooperatives.
